OWNER – MEDICAL AESTHERICIAN
Angie Deville Boutté
Angie Boutte is the owner of Renewed Med Spa and a Lafayette native with 34 years of experience in the medical field, including 26+ years as a medical aesthetician. She is passionate about helping clients improve their skin health through personalized treatments, education, and effective skincare routines.
Angie is certified in a wide range of aesthetic services, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, lash services, and more. Her work has been recognized multiple times by the Times of Acadiana in categories including Best Facial, Best Beauty Spa, and Best Skincare Center.
Outside of the spa, Angie enjoys camping, fishing, working out, and spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, family, and friends.
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Ladislas Lazaro IV
Dr. Lazaro is a fourth-generation physician and graduate of LSU Medical Center Shreveport with more than 23 years of experience practicing in Lafayette. With a background in Rheumatology, he brings extensive medical expertise and a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to aesthetic care.
He offers advanced injectable treatments, including Botox, Kybella, Juvederm, Voluma, Volbella, Vollure, and Radiesse for hand rejuvenation.
Known for his warm bedside manner and attentiveness, Dr. Lazaro takes the time to understand each patient’s needs and create a comfortable, personalized experience.

Amber Cain
Amber is a Licensed Aesthetician specializing in Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Infusion Peels, Dermaplaning, Spray Tanning, Lash Lifts and Tints, and Waxing. She is passionate about educating and inspiring her clients while helping them improve the health and appearance of their skin.
Her goal is to create a relaxing, rejuvenating experience where every client feels comfortable, cared for, and confident – leaving each appointment feeling beautiful inside and out.
A Lafayette native, Amber is married with four children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and shopping with her daughters.

Monique Roy Longman, CST
Monique brings more than 19 years of experience in plastic surgery and medical aesthetics. She combines her medical background with a strong aesthetic eye to create personalized, results-driven treatment plans for her patients.
She is certified in a wide range of services, including laser treatments, fillers, Botox, Dysport, microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and cosmetics. Known for her ability to assess the skin and enhance each patient’s natural features, Monique has built a loyal patient following over the years.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, cooking, and traveling.

McKinzie Lavergne
McKinzie is an Aesthetician and Lash Technician at Renewed Med Spa with three years of experience in the industry. Trained in Esthiology, Laser Hair Removal, and Lash Extensions, she specializes in Lash Extensions, Microchanneling, Microneedling, and customized facial skincare treatments.
She is passionate about helping her clients feel confident in their skin and loves seeing the progress that comes from a personalized treatment plan. For McKinzie, one of the most rewarding parts of her work is helping clients achieve their goals while building lasting relationships along the way.
Outside of the treatment room, McKinzie enjoys keeping up with her own skincare routine – preferably with a warm cup of coffee in hand.
MEDSPA COORDINATOR & LICENSED ESTHETICIAN
Jennifer Trahan
Jennifer is the Med Spa Coordinator at Renewed Med Spa and a Licensed Esthetician with four years of experience in the aesthetics industry. Although her role is focused on the client experience rather than providing treatments, her background gives her a strong understanding of skincare, services, and the needs of each guest who walks through the door.
She loves being the first point of contact for clients and is passionate about making every visit feel seamless, welcoming, and relaxing – from booking the appointment to the moment they leave.
Jennifer brings both industry knowledge and a warm, caring approach to her role, helping each client feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their experience at Renewed Med Spa.

Jena Zaunbrecher
Jena is an Aesthetician at Renewed Med Spa with a background in both Cosmetology and Esthiology. She also holds advanced certifications in Diode Laser Hair Removal and is Barbicide Certified, reflecting her commitment to providing every client with a safe, professional experience.
She specializes in makeup applications, microchanneling, and customized skincare treatments. Jena is especially passionate about educating her clients on skin health and helping them feel confident as they work toward their individual skincare goals.
Outside of the treatment room, Jena loves spending time with her 7-year-old daughter and embracing her favorite role of all – being a mom.
