About Us

Angie Boutte is from Lafayette, La. and the owner of Renewed Med Spa. She has been in the medical field for 34 years, 22 years as a medical aesthetician. She has a passion for helping others optimize skin health and for educating on proper skincare regimens. In 2017 she had the honor of being named one of the top 3 for Best Facial, in 2018 she was named one of the top 3 for Best Facial and Best Beauty Spa by the Times of Acadiana, and in 2019 was named Top 3 in the Times of Acadiana Best Facial, Best Day Spa, Best Brow/Lash, Best Massage at Day Spa, Best Skincare Center.

Angie offers a variety of spa and medical services. She has certifications in neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport), Juvederm, and Restylane fillers. Laser treatments such as LHR, Skin Rejuvenation, Tattoo Removal, Spider Vein laser treatments, Laser Skin Resurfacing, Plasma Pen MD, Skin Pen (micro-needling), Solta Medical (Clear & Brilliant), Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning and Chemical Peels. Certified as an Xtreme Lash Stylist and Lash Lift by Lash Pro Academy. She also received a Certification at the Aesthetic Show 2017.

Angie enjoys in her spare time camping, fishing, and working out. She has been married to Robert Boutte for 34 years and has 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren. She enjoys living her life around family and friends.

Dr. Lazaro is a fourth generation physician, a graduate of LSUMC Shreveport, and has been in practice in Lafayette, LA for 23 years at Dr. Lazaro specializing in Rheumatology.
He will be offering Liquid Face Lifts by utilizing these advanced injectables: Kybella, Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, Volbella, Vollure, & Kybella. He will also be offering Radiesse for aging hands. This filler makes the veins on the back of the hands disappear and plumps up thin skin.

Dr. Lazaro is known for his great bedside manners and his attentiveness to his patients' needs and concerns. He is very down to earth and never meets a stranger.

Amber is a Licensed Aesthetician specializing in Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Infusion Peels, Dermaplaning, Spray Tanning, Lash Lift, Lash Tint and Waxing. She loves educating, treating, and inspiring her clients in improving their health and beauty of their skin. Her goal as an Esthetician is to create an atmosphere where her clients feel relaxed and rejuvenated. She strives for her clients to leave feeling beautiful inside and out. Amber is Native of Lafayette. She is married with four beautiful children. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and friends, and shopping with her daughters.
